So I could easily blame the down turn in the economy on why real estate agents have stepped up their epic CUNTINESS. At this time real estate agents are the ones that are getting more work as people scramble to sell their houses before the housing bubble bursts and with the extension of the first home buyers grant on Tuesday night, this boom is not going to end just yet. Bet when it does people are going to stand to lose a lot of money. Prepare for stories of people paying for houses that are only worth half the value they are paying for them. Who wins? Banks and people claiming commissions, as prices are kept falsely high.
So back on track to real estates. I have been evicted with the new 60 day no cause clause twice in the last five months. The 60 day no cause clause means that you can be evicted from a premises for no reason and with no right of reply, just shut the fuck up and get out. This clause was introduced into the real estates arsenal last year and I feel it is being misused and people are evicted so they can get more money for the property. They can increase rent every year by about ten percent. but in this current climate the rental prices are rising as interest rates fall so the margin for profit for the homeowner as well as the real estate has grown. The many people losing jobs or crushed by the soaring interest rates at the end of the Howard era and sold up, are now in the rental market making for demand that is out stripping supply driving rental prices up when house prices are starting fall. It is all back to front and yet again the poor people are ripped to shreds in debt for people to get rich. How do people sleep at night knowing that people are doing it hard cause they are greedy cunts and want more.
So in closing I HATE people with investment properties that are just trying to milk as much out of their tenants whether their house is worth it or not and I HATE real estates who egg these stupid cunts on cause they see they can make a bigger commission for selling the house or larger rents and last of all for the day I hate banks but that is a whole rant in itself

DVD extras

Why why why? I ask you why? Why do people put extras on a DVD if they are so shit house. I know people want to add value to the product but fuck. I think when they are so lame it can just hinder peoples enjoyment of the original feature.
Take for example the extras on the movie “the breakfast club” this is so amazingly bad it kept me awake all night with my rage (oh how my rage keeps me warm) so you got interviews with the actors sure you cant get them all. I see that but they babble on with such self importance and there oh so intimate knowledge of youth culture cause they where in a fucking teen movie.
Now could they get any crew to talk about the movie maybe john Hughes? There only one lame attempt to explain the process of the production is the costume designer. Now I am sure she is great at her job but there is only so much you can here about the look of the characters.
So to make up for such large holes such as no molly, no Emilio, no john Hughes and one crew member they bring out the big guns people who have directed other teen movies. Diablo I plagiarized a South Korean movie Cody who wrote the film Juno. She just fumbles about with phrases like “I heard they did this.” All here say on her part except for her own experience of when she saw the film, which I have no interest in at all.
Others extras include them denying that there wherever brats in the brat pack in which they try to make themselves look squeaky clean and change history.
Please if your extras are this bad just don’t release them. Go neck up cunt and stop trying to be greedy assholes with your second rate shit

why i love to hate

It all started with the niggling hatred for a nintendo game about words that had some of the worst definitions I had seen for a long time. but I thought why just hate on a singular level when you can go all out and discuss why you hate. This blog is about things I hate. Feel free to hate me but remember it is but one opinion. some of my hatred is small things that I can deal with everyday and some things will be big and make me feel sick to write about them.
